We believe pricing should be easy

I bet you were expecting to see another pricing page with three pricing tiers, each with a long list of check-marked features that require you to figure out which ones will help you and require you to make a trade-off with your budget.  Another concern is that you will make the wrong choice or worse be required to upgrade later – bait and upgrade.
We also hate having to go to another link to get pricing, and it takes you to a page where you have to fill out a form. Then you either never hear back or you get hounded by a sales rep with nonstop calls and emails for the next month or longer.
We don’t sell plans or tiers, nor do we want to hit you with a barrage of calls and emails when all you want is help. That’s not how we work.
You hate this, we hate this – and it is the reason why we came up with a different approach to pricing

Why We Don’t Show Traditional Pricing Tables
Most pricing tables oversimplify something that isn’t simple or make you decide which tier based on budget or worse get you started at one price point only to upsell you later.
Here’s why we don’t use them:
  • Every organization’s talent challenges are different
  • Real improvement depends on people, process, and support — not licenses
  • Feature comparisons don’t reflect what actually drives results
  • Transparent conversations build more trust than “gotcha” pricing
  • We believe clarity comes from conversation, not columns.

Software alone doesn’t improve talent.
The right strategy, process, and partner does.

We are a fit for you If…

  • You realize you need help improving talent
  • You want guidance, structure, and support — not just software
  • You care more about improvement than comparing features or price grids

If you’re only shopping for the lowest price or a checklist or the most features, we may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.

Our pricing reflects what actually improves talent:
  • Understanding your organization
  • The people involved
  • Expertise and guidance
  • Process engineering
  • Best practices
  • Platform support

How We Simplify Pricing at Visibility
While every engagement is unique, our pricing is intentionally simple and consistent.

Pricing is based on:
  • The size and complexity of your organization
  • Which talent areas you want to improve (recruiting, onboarding/preboarding, training management, or all three areas)
  • The level of guidance, configuration, and support required

You’re paying for:
  • Strategy and best practices
  • Process engineering
  • Platform access
  • Ongoing support and partnership

You’re not buying software. You’re investing in talent improvement. There is no one-size-fits-all solution because there is no one-size-fits-all talent challenge.

Two Simple Options

Option A: Talent Improvement Session

This is not a demo.
And it’s not a sales pitch.
It is a strategic conversation where we learn more about each other, and where we work together to find the greatest way to improve your talent.
Here’s how it works:
  • A guided discussion about your current talent challenges
  • Clarity on which area needs attention first
  • Insight into what improvement could look like
  • Clear simple cost for the Project
  • A clear understanding of next steps
  • THIS IS NOT A DEMO

Option B: Request a Budget Range

If you are not ready for a conversation, you can request a realistic budget range.
Here’s how it works:
    • Share a few basics:
      • Email address
      • Number of employees
      • Primary area you want to improve
      • Timeline
    • Sean will personally send a realistic budget range
    • No sales pitch — just an answer
    • Start with the area that would have the biggest impact on your business
