Why I Started Visibility
I learned early on that I wanted to help people find a better way forward.
As my career developed, one belief became very clear to me: improving talent is one of the hardest, and most important work an organization does. The people you bring in, how you support them early on, and how you develop them over time shape everything.
What I also saw was that smaller HR teams were carrying enormous responsibility with limited time, limited resources, and constant pressure to keep things moving. They were expected not just to manage tasks, but to improve outcomes often without the support needed to do either well.
So Visibility started from a simple motivation: to help HR teams do more than just manage work—to help them truly improve talent.
My Background & Mission
My degrees are in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, which focuses on facilitating change and aligning people, processes, and systems.
Early in my career, I was exposed to the real, everyday realities of HR work, which included seeing recruiting processes break down, inconsistent onboarding experiences, and training efforts scattered across departments with little structure.
What stood out to me wasn’t a lack of effort; it was a lack of structure, clarity, and continuity. I came to believe that improvement doesn’t come from effort alone. It comes from well-designed processes, best practices, and systems that support the people using them.
That belief has guided everything we’ve built since.
